Urgent: Domain tusecreto.x10.mx stuck on X15 - Manual Purge Required

Hello Support Team, I am moving my hosting to the new server X12 (Username: ylonrwhb), but I have a major issue with my primary domain: tusecreto.x10.mx. The Problem: The domain is currently orphaned and locked on the old server X15 (IP: 198.91.80.155). When I try to add it to my new account on X12, I get the "Domain already exists" error.
