Mr. Parker,

After reviewing your application and proposal, we are happy to accept your application and welcome you to the Junior Intern program.

I have spoken with a few of our department heads to place you within the R&D labs, but our Biochemical and Engineering labs would be more than happy to accept you as well.

Please report to Stark Tower (200 Park Ave) at your earliest convenience. If you speak with the receptionist on duty they will direct you to your supervisor’s office - please keep in mind that there might be a wait to meet with them as they are working on a schedule, but I don’t see that being an issue for you. They will discuss pay and day to day functions with you.
