Tony’s attention snapped back to her instantly, something in his expression softening in a way that made the boy’s chest tighten again.\n\n“Was it about…?” Bug trailed off as she glanced between her parents with hopeful eyes. When Tony winced, she wrapped her arms around her father’s neck and said, “That’s okay, Daddy. Maybe…maybe I haven’t been calling him home loud enough. Tomorrow can we call him louder?
