Peter knows that Matt is dating Frank Castle. The literal Punisher. The man told him himself after all!

He likes Matt, he’s funny, can cook incredibly food, stitches up his injuries occasionally and doesn’t pry into his life. How could he not like him? He’s practically a Godsend. However, he doesn’t like how he always has injuries whenever he sees him. He especially doesn’t like the thought of the Punisher being anything but kind to his blind very amazing boyfriend!

So he’s not going to give up trying to help the guy, no matter what Daredevil says!
