Your Portfolio Has 30 Seconds
UX with Prithiv

Recruiters don’t reject portfolios because they’re ugly.
They reject them because they don’t understand how the designer thinks.
Most portfolios showcase beautiful interfaces.
Few demonstrate problem-solving.
Your portfolio should quickly answer:
• What was the problem?
• What research informed your decisions?
• Why did you choose this solution?
• What changed after implementation?
If a recruiter can’t understand those answers quickly, they’ll move to the next applicant.
Remember:
Your portfolio isn’t an art gallery.
It’s evidence.
Evidence that you’re ready to solve real product problems.
That’s what gets interviews.
