Former NKY church music director gets fourth sentence for sexually abusing a teen in multiple counties

Wednesday marked Michael Howard's fourth sentencing for the same crimes committed against the same victim. Northern Kentucky prosecutors said the years of sexual abuse occurred in four counties.
