  "textContent": "WW 242 SEVERE TSTM OK TX 232205Z - 240400Z\n\n\n\n\n    URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED\n    Severe Thunderstorm Watch Number 242\n    NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK\n    505 PM CDT Sat May 23 2026\n\n    The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a\n\n    * Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of\n      The western and central Oklahoma Panhandle\n      The Texas Panhandle and South Plains\n\n    * Effective this Saturday afternoon and evening from 505 PM until\n      1100 PM CDT.\n\n    * Primary threats include...\n      Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible\n      Isolated large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible\n\n    SUMMARY...Storms forming in New Mexico will spread\n    east-southeastward into the Texas Panhandle through late evening\n    with potential to grow into one or more clusters with severe outflow\n    gusts (60-70 mph) and isolated large hail (1-1.5 inches in\n    diameter).\n\n    The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 70\n    statute miles east and west of a line from 20 miles northwest of\n    Guymon OK to 10 miles south southeast of Lubbock TX.
