  "textContent": "WW 208 SEVERE TSTM IL IN KY 162045Z - 170300Z\n\n\n\n\n    URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED\n    Severe Thunderstorm Watch Number 208\n    NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK\n    345 PM CDT Sat May 16 2026\n\n    The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a\n\n    * Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of\n      Southern Illinois\n      Southern Indiana\n      Northern Kentucky\n\n    * Effective this Saturday afternoon and evening from 345 PM until\n      1000 PM CDT.\n\n    * Primary threats include...\n      Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible\n      Scattered large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible\n\n    SUMMARY...Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected to increase in\n    coverage this afternoon and evening within the moist and unstable\n    environment in place from southern Illinois into southern Indiana\n    and northern Kentucky. The strongest storms within this region will\n    be capable of large hail and/or damaging gusts.\n\n    The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 60\n    statute miles north and south of a line from 40 miles west southwest\n    of Salem IL to 65 miles northeast of Louisville KY.
