Here’s how to bring your questions to Mayor Brandon Johnson for “Ask the Mayor”
Mayor Brandon Johnson is returning to WBEZ 91.5 on Thursday to answer listener questions live on the morning talk show “In the Loop” with host Sasha-Ann Simons.
Last month, Johnson spoke with WBEZ listeners about staying safe from federal immigration enforcement agents at polling places for the March 17 primary election, neighborhood concerns about unmarked police cars and democracy in Chicago overall.
"The Trump administration wants to instill that type of fear to prevent us from exercising our power," Johnson said. "Our collective voice is really our strength."
"In the Loop" listeners can call 866-915-WBEZ (866-915-9239) between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. to bring their questions about Chicago and how it's being run directly to the mayor.
WBEZ’s “In the Loop” connects you with the people behind the stories: experts, neighbors and newsmakers who shape the city we share. For more on “In the Loop” and to listen to their segments, visit their website. You can also listen to the show on Spotify or the WBEZ app.
