Why I’m joining Grist Labs to lead revenue generation & the open source business strategy

For years, I’ve navigated the friction between Open Source principles and sustainable growth. That tension has reached a breaking point. While Open Source is the backbone of global infrastructure, users are increasingly trapped in proprietary silos and vendors struggle to make ends meet. The market is demanding digital sovereignty. These are hard problems to solve. That is why I have joined Grist Labs as Chief Revenue Officer.
