Had a really good therapy session. Anxiety is just a part of me, not me, by putting a name in it, I can manage it like anything else. I’m going to work on writing down what is making me anxious in the moment so I can see trends. Wrapped up another thing at work and started a secret side project that probably isn’t going to go anywhere.
