Bullshit generators suggesting changes to faces

Bullshit generators can give users recommendations for what to change in their faces using plastic surgery, but they may be dangerous or foolish. The recommendations may unreliable, impossible, or injurious, but users become dead set on getting these operations and then may ruin their lives by having them or seeking the funds to have them. I suspect that calling those programs "bullshit generators" instead of "AI" would help some people turn away from them.
