Rümeysa Öztürk, Tufts student who was jailed for publishing in support of Palestinians' rights, has finished her PhD and returned to Turkey. That is a good and just outcome for her, but the US won't be a safe place to live in until we remove the officials who are inclined to persecute people for criticizing government policies.
