Temperatures in California, Nevada and Arizona are 22-25 °F above normal. Temperatures are about to reach as much as 108°F. The heat will put some people's health in danger, and it's only the very beginning of spring. If part of July is 22-25 °F above normal, that will kill thousands, or perhaps tens of thousands. This is global heating.
