"textContent": "The wrecker said he will refuse to sign any bills until Congress passes a bill to disenfranchise millions of American citizens. This seems to imply that he will veto every bill — but it does not in fact imply that.\n\nThe president can allow a law to pass by waiting\nten days (not counting Sundays) without either signing or vetoing the bill. He hasn't said whether he will do that. He might go for the greatest possible sabotage by vetoing every bill passed — but he also might not.\n\nOf course, he is not at all honest and doesn't hesitate to contradict whatever he said he would do, so maybe it makes no difference what he said.",
