"textContent": "Properly allocating space for your tasks, and in turn your task management, is extremely important. Sometimes all you need is a simple todo list, but other times you have too many tasks to bear.\n\nThat's where project management and knowledge management come into play, but you can still organize your tasks in a method of priority.\n\n* * *\n\n## #3 - Notion/Obsidian\n\nPersonally having the tasks built into my PIOS, or just knowledge management framework seems to be the best option for me.\n\nA lot of people use these twos interchangeably, which is why they are together. While Notion has the Notion Cal, Obsidian has a variety of kanban and other plugins that integrate well with Tasks plugin.\n\nIn both you can create a unique set up for your tasks!\n\n* * *\n\n## #2 - Morgen\n\nOne of the best calendar apps on the market, or so I'm told.\n\nIt being one of the calendar apps that works with Obsidian I might add too.\n\nWith its advanced scheduling features, and clean interface this would make a great choice to use.\n\n* * *\n\n## #1 - Todoist\n\nOne of the OG tools in the task management market. It has only gained in popularity over the years.\n\nWith integrations with all sorts of tools, a minimalist interface, and welcoming feature set. It makes a great choice for someone needing something more robust than just a sticky note todo list.\n\n* * *\n\n## Find the right tool for YOU:\n\nI should mention that both Morgen and Todoist have _some_ integrations with Obsidian.\n\nThe PolyTools DatabaseThe Polymath’s Toolkit for all things Digital Renaissance.
