"textContent": "Overall the idea is to mark the milestones AHEAD of time, and trying to reach for them as if they were goals. Seems simple enough, but once you put in the Creator Equation then it really gets crazy.\n\nYour strategy isn't as important at first, as it is more about getting your reps out. You simply need to START, and to start making as many posts as you can. Leveling up your creative skillset is the most important thing first.\n\nOnce you get to 100 reps you'll have a much stronger understanding of your content, probably would have experimented with other platforms and socials. Then you can spread more wide. Doing a more omnichannel type of approach, repurposing your long form into short form, and then syndicating your short form.\n\nFinally, when you have gained your T-Shaped experience, then you can either expand into another content type, or triple down on your main content.\n\n### This post is part of a pseudo-series about increasing your content output:\n\n * Originally https://www.polyinnovator.space/you-need-to-be-putting-out-100-pieces-of-content-a-day-here-is-how-and-why/\n * Recently https://www.polyinnovator.space/first-100-reps-to-100-posts-a-day/\n * Now today's post https://youtu.be/DyRkNggFU04\n\n\n\n* * *\n\n## Your First 100 Reps\n\nGetting to this first milestone is a simple process. You either do a post a week, and then you'll get to it in two years (not as a long as you might think). Alternatively, you do a post a day, and you get there in little over 3 months (hell of a lot faster, but more likely to burn out).\n\nThe more sustainable path is three reps a week.\n\nThis can be your videos, podcasts, or blog posts, it doesn't matter but it has to be 100 of the same type. Over time you'll experience creative plateaus, and it is important that you try and push through it.\n\n* * *\n\n## Not the same as 100 POSTS per day\n\nWhen I say reps and posts they are sometimes interchangeable, and other times two different things. Thus I wanted to explain that difference here today.\n\nMaking a 100 posts is actually a lot simpler than you might think. A youtube community written post counts, and you can copy that same text and use it for a tweet or thread. There's 3 posts already, and if you cross post to all of the twitter clones you'll have half a dozen posts.\n\nWhen you make a youtube video, it is wise to create an announcement post, and for me I automate that with Nuelink. It goes out to about 8 platforms, that's 8 posts + the video itself = 9.\n\nIf you start layering these up, you can get to 50 pretty easily, and with skill you can get to 100 each day.\n\n* * *\n\n## Getting to 300 Reps\n\nAfter you hit 100, then this is your next milestone.\n\nWhere you'll start to gain a lot more momentum, and you'll hit a groove with your content. I might also add that this is often where people might pivot too. Either they try out a new content type like a blog/newsletter instead of YouTube channel, or they change their niche. I.e. the video game streamer going from Fortnite to Apex.\n\nIt is up to you what you choose, although I tend to suggest to try and keep your original niche and content type still GOING. Just at a lower frequency.\n\nWhen you hit 300 that is when your skill level will really start to show a lot more in my experience over the years.\n\n* * *\n\n## 🕵️ Takeaways\n\nFor today this post isn't a guide, it isn't even a teaching moment, but rather just simply explaining the mindset behind this \"series\", and why I often say that you should be posting more.\n\nNot only getting your reps in, but also trying to go wide for tons of posts too.\n\nLet me know if there are any details you want me to explain in the next post!",
