what's on my 2026 release calendar?

Welcome to another year of music-letting! I hope you all had a safe and joyful time, and perhaps some time off work. If not, I hope you're able to relax and recharge for the months ahead.

This year, I've decided to go back to my roots, using a plain ol' list to track music releases. As much as I love finding an excuse to make a fancy excel spreadsheet with stats, with how busy I'll be this year. Simple is best!

A couple of things that I accidentally found out from looking across the aisle on a plane where the manager of a band I liked as a kid had their whole 2026 schedule mapped out in gigantic font and given that I can't actually see further than one metre in front of me without glasses, it was wild that I could read all that. Now I'm plagued with knowledge :)
