An assessment of slang

JME3 requires consideration of compatibility with other platforms (such as Android). While Slang was recommended to me, I must re-evaluate its feasibility during this current transition phase, given the compatibility constraints. Of course, another approach would be to build a new material system for JME3 using Slang. However, I’d bet that it would most likely be rejected by the community due to compatibility issues with legacy projects.
