"textContent": "The Effekseer particle effects integration to the IDE is almost done. Finally I decided to go for the native integration instead of the Java port because it works much much better. It open an amazing opportunity for creative people (unlike me ) to really add some juice to their games.\nIn the video - just a small taste of those amazing particle effects. I used some from their website - when the player jumps and when it grabs the opponent before throwing him.\nIt takes just a few seconds to import and integrate in your game.\n\nThe grammar looks like this (in the case of the player jump) :\n\n\n laser_effect => effects.effekseer.Homing_Laser01_3\n laser_effect.play pos (player1)\n\n\nIt has many more options but this is the basic usage.\n\nFighting Game Progress | Apr - 06 - 2026\n\nWhat else? I put effort in making the source code compile in any platform. hope it works and I’ll be glad if someone tries to compile it in a Linux/MacOS machine\n\nCheers!",
