Cleaning up the JME github org

Given the rise in attacks targeting open-source software, I will be strengthening the security of our GitHub organization.

This will also include reviewing and cleaning up permissions, as well as removing inactive contributors who currently have write access to our repositories.

There is one small complication : some of our permissions were configured a long time ago under a different GitHub permission model and were later migrated automatically. As a result, the current setup is somewhat a mess.

I will do my best to handle the process smoothly, however, if you find that you have been removed from the organization, please know that it is not personal and is very likely a mistake on my part. If this happens, please feel free to reply to this post or send me a direct message, and I will promptly restore your access.

EDIT: inactive contributors will be moved to the “(archive)” team, so they will retain their org badge on github
