An attempt at Vulkan

I still have a question - can SPIR-V Cross be used on Android? (I’ve taken a look at the Android section of jme. I don’t usually work with this part of the code, and it seems that making Vulkan work on Android would require rewriting a portion of the Android NDK, which would take some time to learn. Let’s put this on hold for now.)
