An attempt at Vulkan

From a comparison perspective, Vulkan indeed delivers about a 15% to 20% performance improvement. From observation in the Windows Task Manager, the GPU utilization of OpenGL is not very high—this might be the reason, while Vulkan can directly push the GPU to 100%.
