An attempt at Vulkan

I’m using an RTX 3070 Ti graphics card. I’m not entirely sure, but I suspect it’s a driver issue. When OpenGL is running, my GPU temperature rises and the fan speed increases, but according to the Task Manager, the 3D usage is very low. Maybe this is a driver bug…
