Minie v9 physics libraries

Minie v9.0.3 should work with a wide range of JME versions, including v3.7 and v3.9. > there doesn’t seem to have windows package with the latest Minie v9.0.3 was tested on Microsoft Windows Server 2022 at the time it was built. If something is missing, that’s news to me. What evidence do you have that the windows package is missing?
