This decision by its directors follows extensive community consultation in Horsham and the organisation’s long-standing commitment to expanding outreach across the region. The team at Sussex LGBT CIC remain incredibly grateful for the input from the community.\n\nManaging Director **Vincent Wootton** emphasised that the organisation’s evolution represents a natural next step in its journey: “We’ve seen incredible growth over the years, and this change allows us to better recognise the unique needs of our communities while strengthening the support we offer.”\n\nThe team is also exploring opportunities to replicate the success of The Pod with a future safe-space hub in Horsham, an ambition shaped by public feedback and the organisation’s expanding footprint.\n\nSussex LGBT CIC recognises and honours the volunteers, supporters, and community members in Crawley who have been integral since the organisation’s founding in 2019.
