Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Eradication Pack DLC – Yay or Nay (PC)

The Space Marines and the Orks have been battling over ten or fifteen hexes for an eternity. They have the numbers and an obsession with bringing in Blastajets, while we have the tech edge and some experienced Terminators to hold the line. Moving units out of the line to heal and repair, while using heroes to deal with the biggest threats, makes for some satisfying Warhammer 40,000 combat storytelling. It’s three turns until the Space Marines bring their first Thunderhawk online. It’s costly, but even if I can’t fill its hold with Assault Marines, it will shatter the equilibrium. A deep strike, with some orbital bombardment support, should make it easier to get to the Ork settlements and level them. Time is of the essence, as scout patrols are encountering both Chaos Space Marines and Tyranids.
