"textContent": "My tiny kitchen gets messy fast. Little things like spoons and forks sitting on the counter while I cook drive me a little crazy. No good spot for them, always leaving a drip somewhere. So when I stumbled across this tip from Apartment Therapy, it clicked immediately. Use an ashtray as a spoon rest. That's it. That's the whole tip. And it's kind of brilliant. Those little notches on the edge of most ashtrays are perfectly sized for resting a spoon or spatula neck, and any drips fall right into the dish instead of onto your counter. Cleaner, smaller footprint than a saucer, and a fun one actually looks good sitting on the counter. Now I just need to decide — thrift store hunt or go wild shopping for ashtrays on Amazon? Either way, I'm getting a couple. Sometimes the best kitchen finds are the ones you never thought to look for.",
