Do you think GTA VI would be better with no mountains?

Let me start by saying I understand why Rockstar included mountains in GTA VI. I was just curious how people feel about Rockstar sticking to Leonida terrain only and keeping the entire map flat. Would that have made a better game or do you think incorporating other states to the north was the right move?
