Strategy for Pre-Ordering the collectors edition

Hi guys, we have 2026 and apparently: Scalpers are a thing now. Maybe you remember the PS5 launch. What drives me nuts since days is: What would be the best strategy to get my hands on a physical collectors edition (I'm very certain there is gonna be 200$+ CE)? I'd imagine that scalpers and the high demand will sell out the collectors edition fairly quickly. Do you think R* has enough supply or should I buy the second preorders go live? What are the best shops to get a copy? What are your thoughts on this?
