Empire Building in GTA 6. what are you expecting

Empire building has always been a staple in the Vice City games... Especially Vice City Stories. Now obviously the storyline, or what we know of it, doesn't really lean towards Jason and Lucia becoming master crminals in the same way as Vic Vance. They seem to be on the run and have to move place to place, that said the leaks did show purchasable businesses d in the leaks, their was a video that showed a money laundering icon ( a dollar sign inside a washing machine) by a Hank's Waffles. This tells us that a return to businesses will be a thing and seems a bit more expanded over V. I like to think they also will bring over the street dealer mechanic from Los Santos drug wars in an expanded form. What else are you expecting, anything from the leaks that I am missing?
