Could the Highmen group make an apperance?

In TLAD, there was a website called highmenspacetours.com which was a spoof of that Virgin Galactic sh*t from nearly 20 years ago. It also went in depth with the Highmen Group, a parody of The Virgin Group, which is some conglomerate based in the south with a bunch of different companies under its brand. It didnt make an appearance in V but I'm thinking there's a chance it'll be there just because Leonida is in the southern US and its said that the Highmen group is based in, well, the south. But on the other hand, The Virgin Group isn't as big as it was back then when the spoof site was made for TLAD. They dont have trains anymore I don't think, though I could be wrong. Plus, I could very well be reading way too much into a site made for a goof. What do yall think, would we see the Highmen Group in VI or nah? E - I predicted the Edmund Fitzgerald being in V (albeit as two characters in a cartoon but still) so there could be a chance Rockstar sees this and adds it in
