GTA San Andreas Problems...

Hi guys, I've run into a specific issue with my save file regarding the illegal street races, and I'm hoping someone can help me fix it so I can reach 100% completion. My game crashed right in the middle of the final Las Venturas checkpoint race. Ever since I reloaded the game, the street race markers have become completely unresponsive. Here are the exact symptoms: Standing in any street race marker does absolutely nothing (the vehicle selection menu doesn't pop up). This issue affects all race markers globally, including the ones I have already completed in San Fierro. All other missions and side-missions work perfectly fine. For example, I was able to start and complete the entire Quarry side-mission string without any issues after the crash happened. It seems the crash corrupted a specific variable or thread related to the racing script, leaving it in a "stuck" state. Could someone take a look at my attached save file and help me reset the racing script so I can finish them? I can't achieve 100% progress without these illegal racing thing. Thanks in advance!
