What are some fun things I can do solo?

I don't have any friends that play anymore, and my bank's looking pretty good so I don't really need to grind or run missions. Now I'm just logging on with nothing to actually do. What do you guys do solo in GTA Online to keep it interesting? Any ideas welcome.
