[Speculation] What city do you think will be in GTA6?

Since GTA5 had LA we can probably cross that one out the list, but what city do you think will be in GTA6? Miami is possible, but technically the game hasn't come out yet so that could be a red herring. Rockstar has been known to surprise us in the past. So what's your thoughts? Liberty City? Atlantic City? Havana, Cuba? Bulgaria?
