Scratches on 4k discs

How do you guys check your brand new 4k discs over for scratches when you first open them and what will you accept as far as light scratches go? I ask because I would say about a third to half of the factory sealed 4k Blu-ray discs that I receive, when examined very closely with a very bright LED flashlight show at least one very very fine, very small scratch on the surface that isn't visible without the LED flash light. Using just ambient light most of these discs look perfect, it's when you break out the LED flashlight that you see the hidden scratches. Arrow discs never seem to have any scratches at all, but Shout often do, with Criterion I've had a heck of a time trying to get a copy of No Country For Old Men that isn't scratched, and I'm talking about scratches that you don't even need the LED flashlight for. The discs play fine in the 4K player I have right now, but I'm not always going to have that player and I'm worried that perhaps since different players have different error correction tolerances that maybe my next player will choke on a scratch that this one played just fine. So what are you guys accepting of as far as scratches go and do you search for scratches with an LED flashlight on your discs like I do or am I being overly cautious? Thanks!
