Bundle Question

I have a German Blu ray release that comes with a Bonus movie on DVD. Can this be bundled or do I fill it out completely and mention the dvd title? It has also come to my attention that a common practice, apparently, with WMM is to include bonus dvd/blu rays with whatever is lying around. Meaning that if they run out of a title they will fill the bonus movie with another title. So knowing this now, do we include mentioning the bonus movie by title? All bonus movies I've found the title too are by personal reviews with images.
