Android app download issues

Odd little situation here. Phone broke so i tossed my sim card in one of my old ones to get by. Downloaded the app to add some movies. Great! Couple days later, get a new phone. Getting it set up and can't find the app on the store. Go to the website, error 42. Go to other websites successfully. Can access the site from other devices and other networks. Update my phone and can now access the website but the app still isn't there. Using a Galaxy XCover Pro
