Special edition and normal edition use same upc

The movie Witch Academy has a limited run of 1000 special editions. They now offer the movie as MOD using the same upc without the extras. I messaged and confirmed it with Makeflix about the pressed and MOD BD. Should we create a new entry noting the modifications?
