A driver died in a car explosion in Balashikha, #Moscow Region, the #Russian Investigative Committee told RIA Novosti. "According to investigators, on June 9, at approximately 5:30 a.m., an explosive device was detonated while a BMW X3 was driving near a residential building on Koldunov Street in the Aviatorov neighborhood of Balashikha," the agency stated. The driver sustained multiple injuries and died at the scene. A criminal case has been opened.
