  "textContent": "After going through a lot of startups at NEXT, I realized the hardest thing about the job was separating the ideas that are unlikely to work from the ideas that I just don't get.\n\nI found a clean solution, though: aesthetics.\n\nIf it's an elegant system, it has a better chance of working. I could see AirBnB was elegant before I knew if I would use it to stay at some rando's house.
