I'm focusing on** **health!** Going for walks, yoga, and weights.\n\n**... I went to a physiotherapist** who diagnosed me in five minutes, gave me a bunch of exercises to do daily, and spent an hour on a brutal (but helpful) treatment. Hoping this will sort out my hip issues.\n\n**... I started reading** The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins. So far it's an absurd and entertaining tale, just what I was in the mood for.\n\n**... I'm aiming** to send out the first newsletter of the year. Really, this time!\n\n**... I'm looking forward** to another padel practice. There is something liberating with being really bad at something, but still enjoying the process of slight improvements.\n\n## Last week\n\n**... was pretty uneventful.** Practiced some padel, had some beach time, and joined a boat trip. Still suffered from sickness sadness.\n\n**... I was very happy** to be able to work again though! Give me a coffee and let me sit uninterrupted with my iPad for a few hours, it's all I ask.\n\n**... I tried reading****Tom Lake****,** but it's turning into a sleep story. I don't mind slow paced stories but this just feels too thin for me.\n\n**... I listened to too many podcasts** about OpenClaw and Moltbook. Hard Fork does is best, as usual.\n\n0:00\n\n/0:07\n\n1×\n\nCute crowd en route to my morning coffee.\n\nHappy Monday!",
