Whirlingstars: Share Buying is never immediate

To be fair, I’ve run into this issue myself when using the Discount Purchase action previously, but the ruleset has been corrected and clarified. You can only buy Shares using a Buy a Share action, which is a Virtual Action that requires that you send a private message to Lawnomos, and each action buys 1 Share (you can combine multiple Buy a Share actions into one message). I know you have an agreement with Goob, but despite that agreement, you still can’t buy Shares immediately per the rules, no matter what Goob may want otherwise.
