"textContent": "If the Proposal “Guild Fleets” was not enacted, the rest of this Proposal has no effect.\n\nIn the rule “The Fleet”, make the following changes as shown:\n\n\nNone ofAmong the Fleet Admiral, Fleet Commander, and the President, no two of them may not be the same Associate. The President may appoint the Fleet Commander or Fleet Admiral at any time, but they must choose an Associate who is not Director of any System if possible. The Fleet Commander may move a Vessel Owned by the Guild between Systems as a DailyTimed Action. The Fleet Commander may, as a DailyTimed Action, Rearm and/or Repair Vessels Owned by the Guild in a single System, except any Credits they spend during this comes from the Guild. The Fleet Admiral may, as a DailyTimed Action, either Fight Piracy or Rearm with Vessels Owned by the Guild in a Single System, except any Credits they gain during this goes to the Guild, and not them or a System.",
