Restricted Flavour Text

Add a Keyword in the “Other” category of Keywords in the Appendix called “Free Text”, with the following text: All Free Text is Flavour Text. Flavour Text is implicitly considered to be Free Text when players are able to set it to a custom value outside of a predefined list, regardless of whether or not constraints exist on either the text being set or on the timings and conditions of setting it. A string of text in the ruleset only refers to a value of a Free Text field if it is explicitly stated to do so.
