No lifetime presidents

Change the first paragraph of “The Presidency” as follows:The President is publicly tracked, and is either an Associate, idle Associate, or empty. If the Presidency is empty, eachEach Associate has a publicly tracked Ballot, which may be either blank (the default) or any Associate with a share, and an Associate may change their own Ballot anytime. After the Presidency has been vacant for 24 hours, If this rule has not been amended in the past 24 hours, if Associates owning Quorum of all Shares have set their Ballot to the same Associate (the Candidate), and this has been true for all of the past 24 hours, anyone may appoint the Candidate as President (unless the Candidate is already President).
