Connecting the dots

In the rule “Tools”, add a Tool to the table with the name “Multimeter” and the following Effect: For each Design, in response to your first request in that Design’s tracking post’s comments to learn what the Output is of a particular Wire of that Design, the Supervisor or Creator of the Design may (and should at their earliest convenience) truthfully answer the request. and in the same rule, for the Effect of the Tool “Probe”, replace the text “the Supervisor may” with the text “the Supervisor or Creator of the Design may”.
