[Appendix] No using conditions from the distant past
BlogNomic: The Eleventh Dynasty of ais523 [Unofficial]

Add a new list item to the end of the list in the subrule “Time” of the Appendix rule “Clarifications”:A thing is considered to “have been X for Y” (where X is a condition and Y is a length of time) only if X has been continuously true for it for the immediately past Y and is still true for it, unless the rule in question specifically clarifies that having been X for any past Y is acceptable. This is true regardless of whether the thing in question is BlogNomic, a variable, a person, or something else. Similar wordings (like “has been X for the past Y”) are interpreted analogously.
