New add and delete formatted text

Per the discussion in “Infinite Pocket Sand”, I’ve added the formatting for adding and deleting text. It’s not clear to me that it would be sufficient to read these formats as “add” and “delete” instructions by themselves. We may need to add text to the ruleset to indicate such.
