Add a new dynastic rule to the ruleset, called Accelerator: If it is on or after Sunday 26th April 2026, any Defuser or Supervisor may repeal this rule. Each day, every Defuser who has not posted a Design in Round 1 loses 1 Expertise, to a minimum of -5 Expertise. Any Admin may make any Defuser with an Expertise of exactly -5 idle. In the first paragraph of the rule Rounds and Scoring, change “which is a number that defaults to 0” to: which is a number, which can have a positive value or a negative value between -5 and zero, and which defaults to 0.
